Samantha works with a number of Universities, developing courses for PhD and Post Doctral Researchers. Courses include: creative thinking, developing intrapreneurial behaviours; networking; commercial awareness and your research; Myers Briggs Type Indicator and problem-solving.

She directs residential courses for skill development in PhD and Post-Doctoral students and has worked for 10 years as a tutor on the award-winning UK Grad Programme.

  Samantha has also worked with organisations to explore ways to develop, capture and share ideas amongst employees - "The Manager does not have all the answers!"

Samantha also runs train the trainer sessions on "Effectively Facilitating Groups."

Worked in Print & Software Industry for many years in Project & Team Management and more recently studied the Psychology of problem solving and creativity. In collaboration with other organisations developed ways of helping people to share and communicate ideas both collectively and individually. Also employed in educational research & creation of University modules to promote Enterprise and creativity skills. Explicitly worked with Leeds University to develop a process and software to engage students to share ideas and act creatively to work on real world problems.
