Samantha has spent five years researching intrapreneurs – people who make real differences within their organisations to processes or products. Powerhouses within their chosen sectors, public, private or not-for-profit, Samantha has interviewed them and turned their mostly unsung stories into case studies which have been delivered around the world.

One of the outcomes of this work has been a passion to help organisations encourage and develop intrapreneurs.
