She has worked for 10 years as a tutor UK Grad Programme. These are 5 day residential programmes for PhD students to become more self aware of their potential outside of their research. Samantha runs train the trainer sessions on how to facilitate groups. Paul Grimshaw Worked in Print & Software Industry for many years in Project & Team Management and more recently studied the Psychology of problem solving and creativity. In collaboration with other organisations developed ways of helping people to share and communicate ideas both collectively and individually. Also employed in educational research & creation of University modules to promote Enterprise and creativity skills. Explicitly worked with Leeds University to develop a process & software to engage students to share ideas and act creatively to work on real world problems.
